Sully's Brie & Bacon Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 9-inch wheel of Brie
  • 1 9-oz jar of Major Greys Chutney
  • 1 lb bacon, cooked & crumbled

Instructions

  • Remove top rind of brie, leaving about 0.5” border and place in 9-inch pie or quiche pan.
  • Spread chutney on top.
  • Sprinkle bacon on top of chutney.
  • Bake at 325 for 20-30 mins.
  • Serve spread still in baking dish with your choice of crackers!

Alishia - Carol's Cranberry Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 - 20oz can crushed pineapple
  • 2 packages - 4 serving raspberry jello
  • 1 - 16oz whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 crisp apple (can use 2 if wanted)

Instructions

  • Drain pineapple juice into measuring cup & add water to make 3 cups total.
  • Put into sauce pan and bring to boil.
  • Add in jello and stir.
  • Add in cranberry sauce and mix.
  • Pour into serving dish & refrigerate for 1.5 hours, until slightly thickened.
  • Add pineapples, nuts, & apples to mixture.
  • Refrigerate for 4 hours, until firm.

Samantha's Chocolate Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 - 8oz cream cheese
  • 1 - 4g package of nstant chocolate pudding
  • 1 - 8oz can of Cool Whip
  • 1/2 stick butter (melted)
  • 1 pkg Oreo Cookies

Instructions

  • Mix up chocolate pudding - set aside.
  • Crush oreos and add melted butter.
  • Press into bottom of aluminum pan. Save small amount of this to sprinkle on top.
  • Mix cream cheese & sugar until smooth.
  • Fold cool whip into cream cheese mixture.
  • Cover oreos with 1/2 cream cheese mixture
  • Add in chocolate pudding on top.
  • Put the rest of cream cheese mixture
  • And sprinkle leftover crushed Oreos

Deb's Italian Hamburger Crescent Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1lb ground beef, cooked & drained
  • 1 cup three cheese pasta sauce
  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded Italian cheese
  • 1/3 tsp basil

Instructions

  • Mix beef & pasta sauce. Head this to boiling over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Separate dough into 8 triangles and place dough in ungreased 9” glass pie plate in spoke pattern, with narrow tips overlapping rim of plate about 3”.
  • Press into bottom of aluminum pan. Save small amount of this to sprinkle on top.
  • Press dough together in dish to form crust.
  • Sprinkle 1 cup cheese, spoon meat & sauce over cheese.
  • Bring tips of dough over filling to meet in center - Do not overlap
  • Sprinkle rest of cheese on top and add basil on top.
  • Bake 375 for 30 minutes.

Ryan’s “Famous” Brownies

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes of Duncan Hines Chewy Fudge Brownie Mix

Instructions

  • Follow directions on the box.
  • Put into a 13" x 9" pan.
  • Take out a little earlier than what it calls for on box. It should have a “little” jiggle to the center.
  • Set overnight.
  • Cut into desired size & enjoy!

Tracey's Fresh Apple Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 cups flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups chopped apples

Instructions

  • Blend oil, sugar, and eggs well.
  • Sift flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon together.
  • Add to sugar mixture at intervals.
  • Add vanilla.
  • Peel and chop apples
  • Add everything at once to prevent browning.
  • Add nuts.
  • Bake in a greased tube pan at 350 for 1 hour and 15 mins (keep checking this).

For the Topping:

  • 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 cup evaporated milk

  • Cook ingredients until thick.
  • Pour onto cake.

Lisa's Chalula Chili

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 jar Chalula Salsa
  • 1 pkg. Chalula Taco Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 block Velveeta Queso Cheese
  • 1 8oz. block cream cheese

Instructions

  • Using a large pot, brown ground beef with chopped onions. Drain grease.
  • Add all other ingredients.
  • Simmer for about 1 hour.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

  • Great by itself, but you can also add pasta & beans. This makes for a great dip for parties & tailgates.

Dottie's Napa Cabbage Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. Ramen Noodles, uncooked
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 (2 oz) pkg. slivered almonds
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • Napa Cabbage
  • 5 green onions
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Crush and saute noodles, sesame seeds and almonds in butter until brown.
  • Remove from pan and chill.
  • Combine cabbage and green onions.
  • Blend oil, sugar, soy sauce, and salt.
  • Toss all ingredients just prior to serving.
