Our Process

When you purchase a piece of furniture from Coley Home, you are getting more than just a fabulous made-to-order design – you are helping uplift our local community. We design and manufacture everything ourselves, and we source a majority of materials within 100 miles of our plant. Our product developers, sewers, trimmers, and upholsterers pour unmatched expertise into each and every piece they create, and the end product is something you’ll cherish in your home for years to come.

Swatch Manager | Part-Time Position

Swatches are a huge part of Coley Home! As customers and designers begin to finalize their design decisions, they place orders for swatches, which are small cuttings of the fabrics. The swatches are glued onto cards that detail everything a customer might need in making their final decisions.

Coley Home is looking for a swatch manager who is extremely detailed. This individual should be able to work quickly, while paying attention to details.

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Fulfilling incoming swatch orders
  • Restocking the showroom cabinets with swatches
  • Gluing fabric onto swatch cards
  • Working with our Manufacturing Plant to make sure we have all the fabric we need to make swatches
  • Ordering new cards
  • Organizing fabric into their allocated bins as they arrive from the Plant

Location: Charlotte, NC

Hours are flexible but will need 15-20 hours a week
