Tell us about yourself!

Hi! I’m Liz Adams. I am a mom to three little boys and live in Charleston, SC. I started my blog in 2010 and share everything from motherhood, wellness, style, recipes and home. 

You recently added the Bryant Corner Sectional to your home. Walk us through the design process of the room!

Our family room is the main gathering place of our home, especially with 3 boys under 8. I wanted a sectional that encouraged movie nights on the couch but could also hold up against fort building and cuddling up with our chocolate lab, Bear. The Bryant Corner Sectional was the perfect size for our space, so comfortable and most importantly easy to keep clean in the chaos!

Pinterest and instagram are usually my favorite sources for home inspo!

You have a house full of 3 boys! What are your best tips for finding calm the chaos and going with the flow?

Motherhood has been an incredible lesson in lowering expectations and letting kids be kids. The less I try to control, the more enjoyable our lives operate. It is really easy to feel overwhelmed by the chaos but I always try to remind myself that this is exactly what I’ve always wanted. The reality is that having young kids is a short season of life and I know I’ll miss the mess!

Favorite recipe?

I’m a tequila, soda with a lime wedge and orange wedge girlie. I also love a glass of good champagne

These turkey burgers are my favorite to make year round. 

Favorite coffee table book?

I received Architectural Digest at 100, a Century of Style, for Christmas and it so beautiful. 

Dream travel destination?

Lake Como is on my list or the South of France

Favorite book or TV show at the moment?

Book: Tom Lake by Ann Patchett

TV Show: I am not a huge TV watcher but I love a good documentary!
