There’s nothing cozier than a mountain cottage, and this serene project of ours exudes English countryside charm. If you’re a lover of all things grandmillenial and cottage chic, this room is for you!
Perfectly tucked away in an oh-so quaint mountain retreat originally built in 1914, this room centers around the Kate Crown Bed in Hen House, Blue. We loved this fabric against the rustic gray-washed shiplap walls, creating an ultra relaxing atmosphere.
We paired timeless striped Libeco euros with our custom king pillow in Como, Robin’s Egg with denim embroidery for a perfectly personalized touch. Of course, our fluffy bedding bundle with charcoal piping detail gave the bed an inviting finishing touch.
Our next step was to find a fashionable piece for the foot of the bed. We immediately thought of our slipcovered Harper Bench in our Wildflower, Pearl and never looked back. This subtly floral fabric paired with Hen House, Blue is such an enchanting addition to the room.
The Belgian Linen, Dark Blue Porter Side Tables pulled out the bold color of the Hen House fabric and provided a punch of color in front of the gray walls. We accessorized them with coffee table blocks, magazines, and flowers to make sure this place felt like home for guests.
The rattan sconces by Serena and Lily and the natural sisal rug tie the room together, giving the space an extra ounce of cottage charm!
