Our Customizer uses digitally rendered photos of our fabrics. For best results, please order swatches to see fabrics in person before placing your order.
Your slipcover will arrive enclosed in a Coley Home dust back! We recommend giving your slipcover a good steam to release any wrinkles leftover from shipping.

Spot clean upholstery immediately after any spills or stains occur by blotting the area using a mild solvent and clean cloth. Allow the area to air dry naturally. Slipcovers may be dry cleaned or machine washed if the fabric permits.

Our Nashes are manufactured in 10-15 business days. As soon as the item is picked up from our facility, a team member will be in touch with tracking, delivery information, and delivery contact information. Typically, the freight service will reach out to the customer (using the contact information provided at time of order) to schedule the delivery.
Using our complimentary freight curbside delivery, the freight carrier will deliver the piece(s) to a safe place on the property – they will not bring the items to your front door or inside the home/assist with room of choice delivery. Any delivery upgrades requested by the receiver will be invoiced after delivery.
Please note: we cover the cost of FREIGHT CURBSIDE DELIVERY- this does not include inside delivery/white glove services.
