Have a fabric you’re loving or need something to perfectly match your clients home? We offer COM (Customer’s Own Material) on all of our pieces! We’ll walk you through how to place this order, since there are a few more steps/things to know. You can always use a combination of COM and Coley Home fabrics to create the perfect piece!
Every piece has a COM option at the bottom of each fabric list. You can use a COM fabric anywhere you can change the fabric. Want something that’s not offered on our Customizer? Email hello@coleyhome.com and we’ll see what we can do for you!
COM yardage will vary based on type of fabric, repeat, and quantity! We have our Yardage Requirements spreadsheet linked on every product page for your reference.
For velvets, vinyls, specialty fabrics, plaids, and large scale prints, please email hello@coleyhome.com with a link to your fabric so that our Plant Manager can get you the exact amount we’ll need.
Please place all COM orders directly through our website (unless you have a special request that’s been approved by the CH Team). You’ll see this on our Order Dashboard to show that we’re waiting on your COM Fabric and COM Form.
Once you’ve placed your order, Marian will send you the COM Form to fill out! This is super important because it tells our Manufacturing Team how to apply your fabric properly. Production can only begin once this has been completed and the COM Fabric has been received.
Please send COM to this address:
Coley Home
ATTN: COM Department (& sidemark CH order #)
2377 Penny Road
Claremont, NC 28610
As mentioned above, COM pieces can only go into production once we have received your completed COM Form AND all of your COM Fabric. Please send us tracking information for your fabric once you receive it. Please allow 2-3 additional business days of production on all COM pieces, as our Plant Manager must unpack and approve each fabric.
We build many COM orders, so if your fabric is not properly labeled or your COM Form isn’t properly filled out, there will be additional delays. To avoid further delays, please make sure you follow our guide above!
